The Lincoln, Manchester

Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, The Lincoln is a modern, statement office building designed to a Grade A specification. Built in 2021, the 102,000 sqft office offers the best in class space and facilities including a gym, yoga studio, relaxation room and roof terrace.

Appointed by one of the building’s main occupants, Comfinity installed a complete Category 6 UTP structured cabling system throughout the second floor. The project consisted of over 388 Cat 6 cables being installed under false floor to 192 floor boxes along with an additional 40 high level network outlets to wireless access points.

In a short timescale of only 6 days, Comfinity rose to the challenge and terminated end-to-end over 450 cables, all fully tested and labelled, ready in time to meet the customers deadline.
